1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and invoices are intact
- The return request is made within 7 days to 10 days of delivery
Note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are not eligible:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@theitalianvelvet.com or contact via WhatsApp
- Provide your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Ship the product back using our instructions
4. Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged products
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. all exchange orders will be process and will be delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos for verification
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
7. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup may be available in select locations
- If unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI)
- Customer must provide:
- Bank Account Details or UPI ID
- Account Holder Name
Important Notes:
- COD handling/shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Refund processing and crediting may take 5–10 business days after approval
9. Cancellation Policy (Indian Compliance)
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (only return applicable)
